THE KOREANS ARE COMING….!
Gangjin Baseball Park (GBP) in Gangjin City, Korea will be sending baseball teams to Sarawak to have them to train in Kuching during the Korean winter season.

An initial batch of 500 students will be in Kuching, starting October and expected to stay in the capital city for a few months.

With the training programme available for Korean students, local students in and around Kuching will also have a chance to be trained under the expert supervision of the GBP coaches.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) confirming this sport programme was signed by the Assistant Minister for Tourism, Haji Hamden Ahmad and the GBP President, Woo Soo Chang on September 15, 2009 in Gangjin City.
