The International Borneo Kite Festival was succesfully organized since 2005. This year Bintulu Development (BDA) in collabration with thr Resident Office of Bintulu, Govermant Department and agencies in Bintulu, SEDC, Sarawak Kite Association(Pewasa), Malaysian kite Council (MPM), Ministry of Tourism Malaysia, Ministry of Culture,Art and heritage Malaysian and Ministry of Urban Development and Toutirsm Sarawak will be hosting this event.
Come and see swirling performances from local and international kite display their skill. Watch the sky for multitude of kites in various form, colour and shape roaming Bintulu airspace.
Enjoy the night with spectacular cultural and artiste performances line up to spice up your stay in Bintulu.
